Where is my download?
After purchase on Gumroad, your download link is in your confirmation
email. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.
On Etsy, go to your Purchases page and click "Download Files" next to
your order. Downloads are available immediately after payment clears.
The file won't open. What do I do?
The guides are PDF files. If they won't open, make sure you have a
PDF reader installed such as Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) or Preview
on Mac. If you downloaded on a phone, try opening in a browser or a
dedicated PDF app instead of the default file viewer.
Can I get a refund?
Because these are instant digital downloads, we don't offer refunds
once the file has been accessed. If you have a technical issue and
cannot access your file at all, reach out and we'll make it right.
Can I print the guide?
Yes. The guides are formatted to print cleanly on standard letter
paper (8.5 x 11"). Print as many copies as you need for personal
use. The guides are licensed for personal use only and may not be
redistributed or resold.
Can I share with my spouse or partner?
Yes, sharing within your household is completely fine. The guides are
licensed for personal household use. If you need copies for a
different purpose, reach out and we can discuss options.
Do I need both guides?
Only if you're tackling both projects. Each guide is fully
self-contained for its room. If you're doing both, the
Remodel Bundle
includes both guides at a $5 discount.
